Your travel itinerary will be provided within 7 – 10 business days after your travel consultation is conducted. Itinerary planning fees are non-refundable. In the rare event that we are unable to find accommodations for your travel dates, alternate travel dates will be suggested. If you are unable to travel on the alternate travel dates suggested, a full refund of the service fee will be provided. Travel quotes are determined based on current travel rates at the time of purchasing your quote. Prices provided on your quote are subject to change if you do not book your trip upon receiving your quote. For this reason we recommend requesting a quote when you are ready to book your vacation. Travel quotes expire 7 days after delivery. If your quote expires before you are ready to book your vacation, you will be provided (1) additional quote with updated pricing at no additional cost.
Upon purchasing itinerary planning services, you will be redirected to our travel questionnaire. Please complete the form to provide your travel budget and more details about the vacation you are looking to have. Once we receive your travel questionnaire responses we will conduct a travel consultation to discuss your vacation and answer any questions you may have. Your budget, travel needs and preferences will always be taken into account when providing you with a quote; however, these things cannot always be guaranteed. If we cannot find accommodations and/or flights that fit within your budget and preferences, we will provide the best options available that are as close to your budget and preferences as possible.
Complete booking and reservation assistance is included with your itinerary planning purchase. After receiving your travel quote, if you are interested in booking your vacation, a minimum deposit will be required to book your vacation. A payment plan will be set up for your remaining balance due. Once your vacation is secured we will finalize the details of your itinerary and deliver it to you via email within 7 – 10 business days. The brisk sail across Pillsbury Sound brings the catamaran to its special mooring destination where you can swim to the beautiful St. John Beach, snorkel, beach comb or simply relax under the palms. Let our staff spoil and entertain you during this interesting & exciting Caribbean adventure. First stop is Buck Island for about an hour of snorkeling amongst colorful coral formations, abundant tropical sea life…accompany curious Turtles as they glide alongside you in the crystalline blue waters. Full snorkel equipment & instruction for all ages is provided by our friendly & helpful crew and you will have easy water access via our rear dual pontoons. Next we cruise over to “Honeymoon Beach” Water Island where you will spend about an hour on this gorgeous white sand beach, only accessible by boat. Swim, sunbathe & have fun while our crew indulge you with water, sodas & tropical rum drinks. Additional purchases can be made at ‘Heidi’s Beach Bar’. Escape to the most pristine of the U.S. Virgin Islands – beautiful St. John.
At the dock board a ferry for a scenic cruise through Pillsbury Sound to the island of St. John. Upon arrival, you’ll board an open-air safari taxi for a relaxing ride to Trunk Bay, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to view and photograph spectacular sights alongside the Caribbean Sea.
Stops include the Cruz Bay overlook, Caneel Bay and Hawksnest Bay. Enjoy approximately one-and-a-half hours at beautiful Trunk Bay to swim, snorkel, sunbathe, or just relax under swaying palm trees. Afterward, you’ll re-board your transport and take a short trip back to Cruz Bay for the scenic return ferry cruise to St. Thomas.
